Area Sales Officer - Life Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Job Roll of Area Sales Officer :
- Generate new customer leads through various channels
- Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities
- Selling life insurance on phone and if possible visit for area sales near
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement
- Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service
- Interested leads will be provided by the company, generate interest and complete an online application (proposal form) along with the customer & help customer with online payment completion.
- Leads will be from interested customers.
- Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and submit to head-office
- Understand customer needs and requirements of online customers, who are looking to purchase a new online life insurance product nearby Bhopal or wish to understand more/have queries to be resolved.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduation - In any Stream
- Age - 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
- CTC - up to 5.00 LPA + Incentives + Others
Interview Process:
