Area Sales Officer - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
We're looking for a motivated Area Sales Officer to drive agency sales and growth in your region. You'll recruit and support insurance agents, implement sales strategies, and achieve business targets.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage sales strategies to meet regional targets.
- Recruit, train, and support insurance agents.
- Monitor agent performance and provide coaching.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel frequently.
