Area Sales Officer - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
As an Area Sale Officer, you will lead and manage our sales Development team to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive revenue growth. Your strategic vision and leadership will be crucial in aligning sales development efforts with overall sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and lead sales agents.
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve and surpass goals.
- Manage client relationships and resolve issues.
- Stay updated on insurance trends and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Identify market expansion opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Exp. Min.1-2 year in the field of sales and marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
