- New agent recruiting, assessment, and training.
- Evaluating performance and creating plans of action.
- Forming trusting connections with the team and the clients.
- Ensuring that everyone on staff manages their time well.
- Maintaining staff compliance with agency rules, procedures, and policies.
- Examining current market and industry trends and applying what is learned to business improvement.
Qualifications for candidates:
- 1+ years of field sales and marketing experience
- Any postgraduate or graduate
- Any candidate from the area
- Age range: 21 to 38
- CTC of up to 4.00LPA
