Area Sales Officer - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
The Area Sales Officer (ASO) will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing performance in a specific geographic region. This role includes recruiting and training agents, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement local sales strategies to meet targets.
- Recruit, train, and provide ongoing support to agents.
- Conduct field visits to monitor agent performance and provide coaching.
- Analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities.
- Execute marketing promotions to boost sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years of proven sales experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the Indian insurance market and regulations.
- Must be based locally.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
