Area Sales Officer - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Create and inspire your sales force, find and oversee Insurance Advisers in your area, and work well with the central staff.
Obligations:
- Find and bring on board insurance experts and agents.
- motivating and developing your sales force.
- Hire and oversee insurance advisors in the designated market.
- collaborates with the center's staff.
- Monitor agent performance and provide necessary guidance.
- Drive sales performance through motivation and coaching.
Candidate profile :
- Required Experience: Minimum experience of 2+ Years in Any Field Sales & Marketing
- Candidate should be comfortable working through Direct Sourcing
- CTC Bracket: up To : 3.15 LPA
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
- Location: Candidate must be a locality
