About the Role :
As an Area Sales Officer in the Agency Channel, you will work closely with Insurance Advisors to drive sales within your area. Your role will focus on recruitment, training, and ensuring that the team meets their targets while helping them expand their network.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit and train Insurance Advisors to ensure they meet sales targets.
- Execute local sales strategies to increase market penetration.
- Track the performance of advisors and implement strategies for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies to support growth.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
Key Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or agency management.
- Minimum undergraduate degree.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Age: 22 to 35 years.
- Local candidates from Hyderabad preferred.
Compensation :
- Salary (CTC): - 3.02 LPA to - 3.08 LPA
