Area Sales Officer - BFS (2-4 yrs)
- We are looking for a passionate and motivated Area Sales Officer to join our awesome sales team, as a sales officer, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the entire sales team.
Job Role :
- Motivating and encouraging the sales team.
- Building a good relationship with the clients.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Keep the team informed about product updates, industry trends, and best practices.
Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2+ years of any field sales experience
- Good Communication skills
- Age criteria is 21 to 40
