Area Sales Officer - Agency Channel (2-6 yrs)
We're looking for a motivated Area Sales Officer to join our dynamic Agency Channel team at India's leading insurance company.
Responsibilities :
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
- follow up on customer orders as necessary
- maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Present and recommend the most suitable insurance products to meet client needs.
- Monitor market trends and analyze sales data to optimize performance and achieve targets.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in sales and marketing in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Pharma, Telecom, Education, Institution Sales etc.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Any Bachelor Degree
- 2 + year experience in sale and marketing in any field
- Age between 21 to 38
