Job Summary:

- Dynamic and Driven sales professional to spearhead our Wood Coating business in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have experience in the wood coating industry and be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationship with clients, and achieving the company's growth objective.


- The ASM will focus on promoting the company's wood coating products to large enterprises in the furniture and wood industries, interior design firms and to build a team in sales for Tamil Nadu.

7.Key Requirements:

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

8.Experience: 3-6 years of experience in wood coating segment.Proven track record of handling wood coating sales in Tamil nadu

9.Skills:

- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and organizational goals.

Learning Agility: Continuously learning and adapting new skills, knowledge, and technologies relevant to the industry.

10.Language:

a.Fluency in English and Tamil (both written and spoken).

11.Other Requirements:

a.Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu to meet clients and visit project sites.

b.A valid driving license.

c.Integrity: Upholding high ethical standards and integrity in all sales activities.
