Area Sales Manager - Wealth Management (2-10 yrs)
- Part of Management team to set up Wealth Management business.
- Investment Advisory: Advising clients on various investment ideas based on the suitability to their risk profile, return expectation, asset allocation, liquidity needs etc. viz. Private Equity Funds, Portfolio Management Services, Structured Products, Bonds, Mutual funds (Equity and Debt), Stock Broking, Offshore Investments, Commodities, Currency Derivatives, Real Estate Advisory, Estate Planning etc.
- Responsibility includes Advisory services to Promoters, Treasuries, HNI's and NRI, Relationship management with Ultra HNI clients(Resident Indians, Corporates) in India ensuring annual revenue target achievement.
- Carry out quarterly/ annual portfolio review and analysis of the client's investment portfolio to ensure that the investments are inline with the client's expectations and risk profile.
- Responsible for reporting to meet the targets along with Support team.
- Expert in Private Banking/Wealth Management with Product ranges from Customized Equity Portfolio, Mutual Funds, Structured Products issued by Alternate Investments ( Real Estate NCD- s/Bonds), Offshore Investments on Real Estate.
- Indepth understanding of Financial Market of Asia Pacific and Middle East
- Need to Work closely with Investment Banking team (Equity, Debt Syndication & External Commercial Borrowing).
- Responsible for originating Private Equity deals / Debt Syndication solutions /Promoter funding solutions, Mezzanine funding through SPV route for Large & Mid Corporate's in India.
- Responsible for providing Real Estate Advisory and solutions in Emerging and developed markets especially in Pre-Leased Commercial Real Estate.
