The ASM (Area Sales Manager) will be responsible for all Sales activity in an assigned territory. He will be responsible to ensure HIMAJAL as a brand is rightly represented and support the company to achieve its core objective of making Indian consumer drink the purest form of water - Alkaline Water. He will ensure market penetration is strong protecting companies ethos and values.
Responsibilities:
- He will be responsible for all range of product sales in the designated territory.
- He must ensure right representation of entire range of products is in the market.
- Create distribution network in the given territory.
- Identify prospect, generate right leads, screen and get them in the eco system of HIMAJAL.
- Must ensure strong business ethics are maintained and is not compromised at any given point of time.
- Ensure right merchandising and all POP / Sales collaterals are been effectively used.
- He will be responsible to initiate and plan BTL activities at the grass route level.
- Must possess strong product knowledge and good understanding of the competition.
- Must be aware of new players, their uniqueness and how HIMAJAL is different.
- Total understanding of the competition and the practices other competitors are adopting.
- Good understanding on data and must be accountable for sales numbers / targets.

- Must have exposure of selling in Modern Trade.
- Good communication skills both verbal & written
