Area Sales Manager - Vehicle Loan (6-13 yrs)
- Experience in providing commercial vehicle loan
- Setting sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
- Traveling to potential and existing customers to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
- Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Capable of maintaining good relationships with Dealers and OEMs.
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team
- Working as a team in coordination with Credit Policy & operations for better functioning of the system.
- Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
- Review sales data and statistics and provide relevant reports to the management.
- Make sales pitches and presentations to existing and prospective clients as a key sales manager.
- Coordinating with the credit team to solve the queries of Login, Sanctioning & Disbursement.
- Collection and monitoring nonstarters and 1st EMI clearance.
