Area Sales Manager - Tyre (4-13 yrs)
Key targets of the job profile:
Responsible for sales, market development and all after sales functions for replacement market for the specified territory, drive profitable growth and work closely with regional managers.
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager
Sales Strategy:
- Contribution to the development of a area specific sales strategy, in line with the national sales strategy
- Drive supporting strategies for individual areas, cities and customers
- Develop individual business plans with key dealers considering the overall strategy of company in India
Sales Volume:
- Assign and achieve business objectives for dealers on annual basis and conduct annual appraisal
- Monitor and report the performance of tyre dealers versus the agreed targets within the business plan
- Provide monthly sales report and 4 months sales forecast ( M+3 ) by the end of month
- Achieve sales and collection targets in line with organizations business plans.
Network development:
- Develop new business areas and explore business opportunity
- Involvement in planning of Marketing activities and support in execution thereof.
- Assist in analyzing main competition using tools as SWOT analysis
- Develop & maintain the dealer network for replacement sales.
- Develop and maintain reliable and efficient business relations between company and dealers/retailer/end consumers etc.
