Area Sales Manager- Tiles/Ceramic ( Chennai, Ambala, Ludhiana )

- MBA degree with sales and marketing .

- 5 to 20 years experience in ceramic field or tile & sanitary ware.

- Engaging, developing and maintaining contact with client, Architect & interior designer And Site visit of big projects.

- Reporting to senior managers.

- Should be good in Team Handling. Should have good Dealer and Architect connects

- Should be able to handle project liaison & co-ordination activities for any new establishment or the existing development.

- Govt. dept. to promote brand and product business development process.

- Completing & growing monthly/quarterly sales against targets.

- Relationship management by continuously interacting with prospective clients & regular buyers.

- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

- Generating sales MIS report on monthly basis.

- Follow up on payment as per collection plan.

- Collecting customer feedback and market research.

- Managing entire sales cycle from prospect on through to successful closure.

- Building up a strong pipeline and ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning.

- Analyzing market trends and competitors activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.

- You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

- Review sales policies and update policies and curriculum as needed

- Communicate actively with sales teams in a given area to help foster a team environment.

- Interview and train new sales employers, and overseeing other on-boarding tasks as needed.

- Plan and execute sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insights.

- Channel sales experience and dealers network and distributors appointment is must from similar ceramic tile & sanitary or any other Building material industry. Preferably ceramic tiles industry will be an added advantage

Must have worked for 4~ 5 yrs at a stretch in organized sector.

Candidates changing jobs every 2 yrs are not suitable

Preferred companies : RAK, NITCO, Somany or any paint industry .etc( NO Morbi companies)

Should have good health and willing to travel extensively.
