Area Sales Manager - Tile Adhessive (3-7 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Area Sales Manager for a Hyderabad based company for their Tile Adessive Segment.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage dealer/distributors and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales officers providing training and support as needed.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, detailing progress against targets.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience as a Area Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and Channel sales with distributors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive decision-making.
- Open to travel within assigned territory
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a sales team effectively.
