Area Sales Manager - Textile Business (1-4 yrs)
Key Result Areas Supporting Actions
Analysis and support the Branch Heads :
- Analytics on sales and trends on consumer purchases help bring clarity for the Sales Head to take decisions.
- Coordinating with concerned sales team - Branch Officers
- Data support for the regions
Regional Order consolidation and dispatch :
- Confirming the branch heads on collated orders for dispatches - regular updates
- Assisting the trade teams in meeting their orders with backend coordination
Drive new initiatives and ATL activities :
- Communication with branch heads in order to run initiatives to boost regional sales during festivals, launches, seasonal launch, etc.
- Work closely with the brand marketing team on advertising briefs and seasonal ATL-BTL activities execution
- Updating and keeping a check on the timelines ensuring no delays in dispatch and execution of initiatives to the front end.
Bridging gaps between market needs and company's offerings :
- Acts as an eye to the market and keeps track on regional trade sales
- Conducts top customer analysis on buying behaviour pattern
- Identifying issues in the buying pattern and pointing out to the branch head
