Job Title: Area Sales Manager Telesales
- The candidate will be required to generate & drive credit card business through a telecalling set-up
- To Achieve the Targeted Number of New Card Accounts
- To Hire optimal number of Callers to Achieve the Target
- To Derive Efficiency from the Callers in terms of Application Productivity
- To ensure that all of the above is achieved within the allocated Cost Budget
- To Monitor Decline Trends and accordingly Modify the Sourcing Mix
