KRA :
- New client acquisitions
- Identifying prospective set of clients/outlets and profiling them
- Dealing with shops/supermarkets/corporate clients for setting up company's machines and products to their stalls
- Taking care of both General and Modern Trade
- Ensure timely product delivery
- Achieving primary and secondary sales targets
- Handling and maintaining team of Sales Executives
- Responsible for meeting business targets of the month
- Monitoring weekly and monthly Sales billing and secondary follow-up
- Preparing demand forecasting & managing inventory
- Reporting competitive activity, schemes related developments from the market
- To coach and to train a team of Sales Executives
You are fit for this role if :
- You have 2-5 years of sales experience in reputed FMCG companies
- MBA from tier-1 B-Schools (IIM Preferred)
- You are extremely driven, passionate to work with startup companies
