Area Sales Manager - Surgical Products (4-10 yrs)

Job Description :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including stockiest, hospitals, doctors and chemists, to promote Hypex's Surgical Products.
- Key Account Management, Strategy development with management and execution to completion responsibility.
- Business development In Region with team planning.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare facilities to promote Hypex's products and services.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals to showcase the features and benefits of Hypex's Surgical Products.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify potential threats and opportunities for Hypex's products.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively promote Hypex's products and achieve targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy (B. Pharm), or related field.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales preferred.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
