Job Description :
1. Responsible for Sales Growth in respective Area
2. Achieving volume targets (Month wise/Qtr wise breakup), Drive ground level marketing initiatives through Trade Marketing/Marketing.
3. Leading the sales team( TSM's) in achieving their targets
4. Managing the stakeholders of the business (distributors and agents)
5. Recognize market forces and trends very quickly in the assigned area, constantly monitor competition activities & bring in the necessary inputs to drive growths
6. Recommend marketing plan for his area in consultation with his internal and external stakeholders and coordinating the same.
7. Formulate Sales strategies specific to Area - sales growth, adopting/implementing systems & best practices, distribution, cost reduction, capability building of sales team integrated with marketing strategies.
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
