One of the leading company in Travel Accessories.

Channel Manager (State Head) -Will be responsible for General Trade Channel

Reporting to Head GT FMCG

Location : Gujarat (HQ: Ahmadabad)

Job Description :

- Candidate should be from the same state and he should have minimum 4 yrs of FMCG Channel experience in that state/market.

- Should have in depth knowledge of the geography and the FMCG industry of the state. Ability to convince and bring over FMCG channel partners to the segment would be important.

A) Developing a Team for the State : Recruiting Training -Objective setting - coaching & performance monitoring of the Sales force.

B) Appointing and developing channel partners for each market : Appointing suitable FMCG Distributors for each clusters and ensure reach and extraction from the different category FMCG retail outlets .

C) Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team & Trade.
