Area Sales Manager - Smart Devices (4-5 yrs)

Job Title: Area Sales Manager (Smart Devices)
Education: MBA or equivalent higher-level education is preferred
Experience: 4-8 years of proven experience in B2B sales (mandatory)
Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi
Reports to: City Head
Working Days: 6 days working. (Rotational weekly off)
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively Approach Targeted B2B Clients: Identify and engage potential business clients through various channels, including telephone, email, social networks, and industry events.
- Appoint distributors and dealers and to manage the channel end to end
- Lead Generation: Consistently search for new client leads and develop a strong sales pipeline.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.
- Revenue Ownership: Take full ownership of revenue numbers from Builder & Developer Sales and drive growth through institutional partnerships.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research, including competitor analysis, to optimize sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to devise and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Performance monitoring: Track and report on sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in B2B/Channel sales and working with distributors is mandatory.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive sales from a lean team, maintain enthusiasm, and stay motivated in a competitive environment.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Builder & Developer Sales sector, institutional partnerships, and market dynamics.
- Client-Centric Approach: Ability to build and sustain meaningful client relationships through excellent interpersonal skills.
