- Years of Experience: 3 - 8 years
- Educational Qualification: Any Engineering graduate, from Premier Engineering Colleges - Tier 1
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling territory as Area Service Manager.
- Providing guidance to the Dealer in respect to monitoring & handling dealer network.
- Guiding the team to resolve critical dealer / customer issues.
- Assigning territories and monitoring team activities.
- Providing guidance to team in order to achieve goals of the company.
- Implementing Service Quality Systems at dealerships.
- Taking decision on complaints reported within warranty & extended warranty period.
- Analysis of technicians efficiency & giving them training accordingly.
- Ensuring customers at the assigned territory workshops are satisfied by analysis of CRM Activities on periodic basis.
- Conducting SQS Audits at workshops on periodic basis to maintain better service to customers.
- Maintaining service standards at dealerships/ ssp's as per the company policies across the state.
- Maintaining the service share and growth of state.
- Achieve targets assigned by management for the year.
- Planning of activities for state.
- Conducting market surveys for new upcoming markets.
- Recruiting ssp's as per the network/market expansion plan for state.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction index.
- Forecasting the service targets and planning / monitoring the achievements.
- Enhancing the customer satisfaction level and implementing systems and processes in workshops.
- Ensure policy implementations.
- Customer Support Management/ Diagnosis of Product Failures
- Control on Warranty Claims.
- Promoting Sales by providing service support.
- Promoting Genuine Spares Sales.
- Dealer development activities/New dealer identification.
- Technical / Functional Competencies: Product Knowledge, Market Knowledge, Workshop Mgmt, Network development, Warranty Process, Legal Knowledge, Project Mgmt, Basics of Finance
