Position - Area Sales Manager

Location - Accra, Ghana (West Africa)

Client details - Our client is a specialist in supply and installation of tiles, sanitary ware, plaster boards and paints. Specialists in design, turnkey/supply and installation of state-of-the-art bathroom accessories.

Man Specification - A business graduate with minimum 5-8 years experience in building material industry.

Responsibilities - Incumbent will be responsible for:

- Responsible to develop the business

- Reporting to Directors of EXD (Weekly, Daily)

- Appointing Dealers, Local Partners , Projects and showrooms

- Identifying and participating in local events to promote the brand and business

- Designing and developing regional campaigns to engage and motivate trade

- To be fully responsible for Projects Sales Executive's Guidance and Motivation to hit individual targets

- Probing & Ensuring maximum information about High End projects is extracted from each Project Sales Executive

- Diarising the whole years Events/ meets for the year with potential goals to achieve overall business target.

- Identifying High End Projects to hit own individual target

- To fully manage the Sales Team (Projects & Retail) and maintaining good levels of product knowledge throughout staff.

- Punctual and to run Monday Zoom Meetings in order to gain maximum efforts for the week.
