Area Sales Manager - Sanitaryware (4-14 yrs)
- Experience handling Dealer and Architect is must
- Take personal ownership of top customers of the state
- Add new customers to the kitty of existing customers list of the company
- Establish all verticals of CBLS with majority of Dealers and Projects
- will be responsible for team performance of Faucets, Sanitary ware, Hot water solutions, Shower enclosures, Wellness & Orientation center.
- will be responsible for Branch Revenue targets for Faucets, Sanitary ware, Hot water solutions, Shower enclosures, Wellness & Orientation center.
- Motivate & Develop team to bring out 100% productivity from each team member.
- Liquidate slow moving items by setting target for each team member vertical wise.
- Do market development, create market for Jaquar products.
- Dealers to be converted as exclusive dealers, Business vertical wise.
- Develop team and bring out 100% productivity from each team member
- Make plans, set targets for each month for each employee and review their achievements week wise
