Area Sales Manager - Sanitaryware (3-10 yrs)
- Maintains relationships with Distributors / dealers by understand their problems, market needs and challenges.
- Close relationship with seniors to implement business plan / policies in the market.
- Cooperative relation with sales colleagues to exchange ideas for better performance.
- Educate Dealers to sell high value / High
- Margin / new products to improve Sales Turnover.
- Facilitate ZDs /Ads / Dealers to achieve their sales targets, FGIs, QGIs, etc.
- Prepare and maintain Dealer master and Panel.
- Ensure Local level ads are released as per agreement.
- Ensure In-shop branding, Signage,Boards, etc. at dealers' outlets.
- Implementation of MOP system.
- Report un-authorized dealer selling / unauthorized product selling.
- Collect and provide update on competitor's activities such as new product introduction / scheme launch/Price changes / incentive / discounting structures etc.
