Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager (ASM) with a strong background in selling heavy machinery and power tools, particularly for government projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing dealer networks, and building strong relationships with OEMs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets for heavy machinery and power tools in government projects.
2. Build and maintain relationships with dealers and OEMs to expand market reach and ensure seamless coordination.
3. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth.
4. Provide technical expertise and operational support to clients for smooth implementation of machinery.
5. Willingness to travel extensively within Telangana to meet clients, partners, and government representatives.
6. Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain records of dealer and OEM activities.
7. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
