Area Sales Manager - SaaS (2-8 yrs)
Education: Bachelor's degree-Science/ Engineering Background or Master's/ MBA in Business,
Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field from premier institutions.
Experience: 2-8 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the healthcare, SAAS or technology sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned area to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Partner with the marketing team to implement focused campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Discover opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to optimize revenue from current accounts.
- Collaborate with product development, customer support, and marketing teams to guarantee smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
- Educate potential clients (tier 1 corporate hospitals) on the benefits of our products and how they can address specific pain points in their operations.
- Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of our HealthTech solutions.
- Customize sales presentations and demonstrations to align with the unique needs of each client.
Requirements:
- Aligned for a field sales role (Individual Contributor) and expertise successfully engaging with CXOs or key decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
