Job Description:
- Retail Business Development- New exclusive stores (EBO- s), LFR's.
- Lead generation, sourcing of suitable stores in the mapped and upcoming clusters for the region.
- Hiring store manpower & management of store staff
- Identifying new opportunities - like non- traditional outlets/chains and tie up.
- Negotiation of the LOI, Preparation of necessary documents for internal approvals
- Agreement negotiations and finalization.
- Activity calendar and execution for the region.
- Carry out foot fall generation activities (BTL) as per the budget allocation so as to achieve the store targets.
