Area Sales Manager - Retail Products (8-10 yrs)
Job Responsibility:
- Ensure recruitment, development and grooming of sales teams based out in different areas
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, processes and other regulatory requirements while conducting sales
- Accountable for the Profit and loss of the Territory
- Accountable for Sales & Collection targets of the Territory
- To accomplish and maintain desired ROTA and tap the available potential for retail business in the market
- Drive promotional activities by Partnering with Dealers
- Monitoring and reporting of residual management performance on a weekly basis to Regional management
- Report on all deviations to Regional Management and ensure corrective actions are taken
Job Requirements:
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- 8+ years of experience in handling Sales & Collection of Retail Products
- Industry insights & knowledge of regulations around Retail financing
