- Manage visual merchandising of stores as per the SOP
- Store operations ( Franchisee stores)- .Top Line, Retail KPIs, Attrition, Training and Recruitment and Training of sales staff, Shrinkage
- Driving store sales- through Store Manager and store staffs .
- Driving KPIs(ASP, ATV, UPT, Conversion, PSFPD,etc)
- Inventory management - liaison with merchandisers on store inventories
- Control ageing and thereby increasing sell throughs.
- Managing EOSS
