Area Sales Manager - Real Estate (5-12 yrs)
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced incumbent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess adequate knowledge of the product and market, keen sales drive to meet the stringent sales goals, motivate the sales team and have the ability to build strong relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of clients, offering tailored solutions and services that align with their objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of our Affordable products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and point of contact for their housing needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of Affordable housing products.
- Lead negotiations, address objections, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
Key Skills / Requirements
- Master's degree
- Minimum 5-8 years' work experience
- Experience in Housing / Real Estate - Affordable Segment
