Job description :
- Candidate must achieve sales targets in the geography through networking, database, market intelligence, and references from existing clients.
- Recruit & Manage team of Sales Managers for achievement of sales targets.
- Acquisition of New Business Partners for sales of Real Estate.
- Manage the entire sales life cycle including prospecting, pitching, offering, negotiation, and Contract closure of B2B Partners.
- Manage the sales pipeline ensuring the pipeline is robust and will meet the targets including accurate and timely reporting of the pipeline and prospects in the pipeline.
- Builds strong team relationships within and across teams.
- Network within the industry, community, business, and customers to stay current on issues impacting customers.
- Ensuring 360- client engagement
- Total Client Ownership
Requirements :
- Candidate should be from Ludhiana and must have an own conveyance.
- Preferably a graduate with sales experience ranging from 4 to 6 years at decision-making level structured methodology to account acquisition.
- Should be happy and energetic, talkative with decent personality and clothing.
- Personal pipeline management experience including the ability to make cold calls on prospects.
- Strategic and analytical focus, self-motivated with strong time management skills, strong oral and written skills, superior negotiation abilities.
- Efficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and influencers within the client network within the industry, community, businesses, and customers to stay current on issues impacting customers.
- The Candidate must be from BFSI industry only, preferably insurance or real estate.
