Area Sales Manager - Real Estate (4-14 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
Seeks a dynamic business professional who will serve in the region for Primary Residential market. The incumbent will be responsible for the achievement of business outcomes of the organization.
Role : Individual Contribution
Business Vertical : Residential Services
Key responsibilities :
- Revenue generation through Residential Transaction management in the geographic location of Lucknow
- Primary Developer Sales for select Residential / luxury projects
- Developing and maintaining Builder relationships in the territory
- Empanelment with brokers in and around the assigned territory and deal closure as per the revenue targets
- Supporting marketing activities, events in coordination with marketing team to create awareness of various properties, thus generating a greater number of leads
- Acquire & Manage HNIs
- Lead generation through own contacts / various marketing activities
- Handling Team
- Generating Sales
- Training of Down Team
- Coordination for site visit
- Data Sourcing
- Coordination with back office for data fetching
- Preparing Reports
- Manage Clients
- Grievance Handling
- Go getter Attitude
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Having Real Estate Experience will be an advantage
