Area Sales Manager - Real Estate (1-8 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- To follow up on the tenant leads (- Leads- ) provided by the Company
- To independently generate Leads for the Company
- Accompany Leads to the houses, show houses to the Leads, answer all queries of the Leads, explain the concept of renting out through the portal and explain all terms and conditions applicable to the tenant
- Ensure that the Leads book bed/rooms/houses
- To suggest alternate houses to the Leads or assign the Leads through partner app to the relevant person
- To attain new houses, follow independent owner leads and close the deal
- Verification of the location; house before on-boarding the property
- Pitch about the company policies; convincing the owner
- Manage bulk properties, including but not limited to, doing service and maintenance overview, inspection of the property, follow on rent collections and send reminders, when needed
