Area Sales Manager - Real Estate (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Build healthy relationships with the key persons in the condominiums/high-rise projects.
- Figure out new ways of building a prospect pipeline
- Be responsible for achieving sales targets
- Close new business consistently
- Be proactive about problem solving
- The ideal candidate for this profile will come with past experience in managing relationships with customers and achieving targets
- Deliver high-quality strategic and tactical analysis for the team, to understand, forecast and influence sales.
- Maintaining business relationship with Real Estate agents, House Owners, Interior Designers, Architects etc.
- Aid the Research team on identifying and building data analysis for our objective key outcomes as well as actively monitors current trends and competitive landscape of the interiors sector.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience - 1+ years in business development and sales, preferably in B2C environment
- Ability to work autonomously, proactively and result driven
- Strong analytical, planning and forecasting skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels
- Native language level fluency in Hindi, business level English
- Ability to travel within Noida and Greater Noida areas.
- Must have a vehicle
