Area Sales Manager - Plastic (8-12 yrs)
A leading Manufacturing Plastic Industry.
1. Functional: Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan.
2. NBD: Business development & Sales of Primary packing products by direct sales on the targeted segment.
3. Generating revenues, achieving profitability while exploring new geographical areas/ segments/ applications.
4. Prepare & present techno - commercial proposals for existing customers and prospects.
5. KAM: Managing Key Accounts, distributors, channel & sales representatives.
6. Achieve sales targets by managing existing business and generate new customers.
7. Team management: Internal & External through channel-management.
8. Accuracy: Forecast accuracy to import the materials on a time frame without any deviation.
9. Distributor Management: Conduct periodic review of distributor's performance & initiate marketing activity on the region.
10. Closely work with distributors/ distributor reps to create new accounts and maintain existing customers.
11. Account development, Payment collection, Customer forecast, upsell, down sell etc.
12. Exhibition planning & execution of exhibition on target segment.
13. Create & manage a network of distributors in the assigned territory.
14. Trend Analysis: Competition Monitoring in the Territory and execute a strategy to overcome the same
