Area Sales Manager - Pharma/Biotech (4-7 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Will be responsible for Handling a team of 4 to 5 people
2. Open to Tour 12 to 15 days a month
3. Open to Cover Maharashtra (excluding Mumbai) & Goa.
4. Strong written and oral communication.
5. Good dealer Handling skills.
6. Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products.
7. Reaching the targets and goals set for his area/ for his team.
8. Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base.
9. Servicing the needs of existing customers.
10. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
11. Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole.
12. Allocating areas to sales representatives.
13. Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
14. Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
15. Compiling and analysing sales figures.
16. Experience of dealing with some major customer accounts.
17. Collecting customer feedback and market research.
18. Reporting to senior managers.
19. Keeping up to date with products and competitor.
Salary : INR 6,00,000 - 6,50,000 P.A.
Allowances & Reimbursements :
1. Daily Allowance - Rs. 365
2. Mobile Reimbursement - Rs. 1150
3. Internet Reimbursement - Rs. 750
