Area Sales Manager - Pharma (4-8 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Will be responsible for Handling a team of 4 to 5 people
2. Open to Tour 12 to 15 days a month
3. Strong written and oral communication
4. Good dealer Handling skills
5. Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products
6. Reaching the targets and goals set for his area/ for his team
7. Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
8. Servicing the needs of existing customers
9. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
10. Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole
11. Allocating areas to sales representatives
12. Developing sales strategies and setting targets
13. Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
14. Compiling and analysing sales figures
15. Experience of dealing with some major customer accounts
16. Collecting customer feedback and market research
17. Reporting to senior managers
18. Keeping up to date with products and competitor.
