Area Sales Manager - Pharma (4-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibility:
- Create ways of generating more leads for channel sales.
- Prepare the channel sales strategy & growth plans in line with the business strategy.
- Manage relationships at stores, and distribution centers, of the Ayurvedic OTC channel.
- Ensure all planned distributors in the territory are appointed on time and are operational through proper coordination.
- Ensure personal, team, and company sales target achievement.
- Continuously identify gaps in the regular working of all Sales staff and remedy the situation without allowing it to damage the business.
- Evaluate performance and monitor distributor sales & marketing activities through target setting & reviewing measures.
- Responsible for controlling prominent shelf space merchandisers and merchandising unit positioning.
- Coordinate with internal department and customer marketing teams on plans and inputs to maximize sales from the channel.
- Create and analyze sales reports monthly and quarterly.
- Introduce schemes and offers as per the market research and ensure its success.
- Grow distributors/retailers through upselling and cross-selling.
- Participating in promotional events, trade exhibitions
