Role Overview:

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall sales target of PL business.

Key Responsibilities:

End to end administering the personal loan business and executing the targets set by the organization.

Handling the team of sales managers, direct sales agents, and sales executives.

Timely imparting training on the product line to team members with a view to building a strong sales team.

Diversify the sources of business generated by making strategic tie-ups with prospective business partners.

Coordinate various promotional activities to increase the profitability.

Interfacing with the clients, identifying their queries & delivering them with 100% satisfaction.

Conduct market analysis & tracking the moves of the competitors.

Education and Experience:

Graduate in any discipline and MBA in Marketing with minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in Personal Loan.
