Job Location : GUWAHATI,HYDERABAD

Client Name : personal care & Skin care industry
Key Responsibilities :
- Formulate strategies and action plans to ensure Primary, Secondary and collection happen as per the Annual Business Plan.
- Formulate & implement distribution expansion & productivity plans.
Team management & development :
- Manage, develop, control and motivate the Field Force and Beauty Advisors to develop their skill to ensure monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
- Recruit new staff into team focusing on strong sales competencies
- Provide Training to Field Force on market work.
Sales Operations :
- Conduct monthly sales review to evaluate team performance.
- Reporting on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis which is providing by the HO.
- Monitor sales on a daily basis and track expenses to maintain cost within budget.
- Keeping track of approvals of extra discount & Window Display counter wise.
- Keeping track of consumer/promotion schemes.
- Allocation of the stock requirement of distributors based on forecasts & norms.
- Ensure smooth monthly closing.
- Ensure freshness of stocks at both CFA & Distributors.
- Ensuring skewness of business on weekly basis (Primary & Secondary).
- Inventory management at both CFA & Distributor.
Additional Responsibilities :
1. To ensure the company code of ethics is strictly implemented across internal & external partners like distributors
