Area Sales Manager - Perfumes & Cosmetics (5-15 yrs)
Business Development/ Strategic Planning :
- Drive sales initiatives and achieve desired targets with overall responsibility of ROI and explore marketing avenues to build consumer preference & drive volumes.
- Planning & scheduling individual/ team assignments to achieve the pre set goals within time, quality & cost parameters. Formulating long term/short term strategic plans to enhance operations.
- Identifying and developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationship with existing customers
- Analyzing & reviewing the market response/ requirements and communicating the same to the marketing teams for coming up new applications.
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
Channel Sales Management/ Distribution :
- Responsible for achieving primary,secondary and activation, sales ensuring effective distribution of company's products
- Developing and appointing new business partners to expand product reach in the market and working in close interaction with the dealers and distributors to assist them to promote the product.
- Managing Distribution network & C&F agent with periodic monitoring of sales and collections.
Team Management :
- Monitoring, recruiting & training manpower & ensuring quality deliverables in the market.
- Provide direction, motivation & training to the field sales team for ensuring optimum performance.
- Training the team to keeping a close check on the stocks/ outstanding figures & ensuring adherence to the norms
- Planning & scheduling team assignments to achieve the preset goals within time, quality & cost parameters.
