Area Sales Manager - Packaging/Paper/FMCG (4-10 yrs)

Basics :
1. Develop new leads
2. Responsible for Sales of Imported and domestic products for all product categories
3. Responsible for sales of assigned region
4. Maintain and develop relationships with customers
5. Visit customers 4 days in a week
6. Understand the client requirements and pitch the appropriate product basis the application
7. Arrange samples as per Customer's requirements
8. Gather market and customer information
9. Negotiate on price, costs, delivery, and specifications with customers in coordination with the Reporting Senior
10. Communicate Order Updates to the customer in coordination with the back-office team
11. Coordinate with production team for setting priority against order
12. To ensure customer payment within the credit terms
13. Prepare sales budget and work for completion of the same.
14. Prepare an Inventory budget basis the sales targets
15. Analyzing Loss sales data and taking corrective measures in planning inventory
Miscellaneous :
16. Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events
17. Assist other Sales team members, whenever required.
18. Prepare MIS Reports for monthly Sales Performance Review
19. Update ALL Enquiries /Visits/New leads in SAP CRM Module
20. Visit Factory - once in a month
After Sales Service :
21. Attend any Quality issues and communicate to the Team.
