Job Details:
- Handling, Mentoring & Leading a team.
- Branch Business management, Supervision & Strategy Making.
- Responsible for Revenue Generation through brokerage and other products.
- Business development through Retail, HNI, Corporate, Funding, Franchise & Commission Agents.
- Team Performance Management for maximizing individuals & teams performance to reduce the attrition rate.
- Process improvisation & supervision for smoother business and improved efficiency.
- Resource management to maximize the output.
- Equity Advisory & Query management to improve services & client relationship management.
- Monitoring clients portfolio performance and rendering sustained advisory services for securing high ROI and increasing retention levels.
- Interaction with investors and employees to convey the investment ideas brought under our research coverage
