- About Client Our client is a leading NBFC which provides financing to MSMEs to help them install high quality solar systems. It helps the companies to reduce electricity costs drastically and also contribute towards their clean and green environment friendly efforts.
Job Description:
- Engaging with EPC contractors in solar rooftop space/clean energy installers and MSMEs to generate leads for financing in the assigned districts.
- Setting ambitious targets for self and team and achieving it month on month.
- Recruiting, training and managing of the sales team to deliver on the targets in the assigned territory.
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Problem solve to ensure that the financing to the MSMEs is done to their satisfaction.
Candidate Details :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 6+ years of proven sales experience in NBFC/Bank doing B2B/MSME/LAP lending; (clean energy sector sales experience is preferred.)
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Excellent management and organizational skills.
- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
