Area Sales Manager - Motor Insurance (2-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing a team of Sales managers/Relationship Managers.
- Increasing the market penetration of insurance products.
- Must have worked in Agency/Channel partners- management in the Motor Insurance Industry.
- Identifying and on-boarding distribution partners/agents for insurance.
- Training, counseling, coaching and motivating the sales team.
- Meeting sales targets. Developing the assigned territory showing month on month growth.
- Owning the PnL of the region.

- Candidates should have 2 + years of experience
