Area Sales Manager - Mortgage Products (3-5 yrs)
Areas to cover: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane
Job Description :
- Manage business development for the Mortgages segment for the assigned region
- Responsible for target achievement
- Responsible for managing sales through Corporates /channel/ retail management with YOY growth & profitability.
- Develop channels by exploring additional channel partners.
- Responsible for Field generated sales through team & partners.
- Identify problems and provide resolutions.
- Ensure improvisation after identifying the loop holes in the current procedures.
- Develop and recommend innovative ideas and tactics that will contribute to an increase in market share and sales.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue objectives
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Interface with dealers to define requirements, prepare and present proposals and sales and marketing support
- Deliver sales presentations to customers
- Identify new product opportunities
- Co-own Marketing events, branding for assigned state/geography.
- People management & team development.
- Analyze business trends and sales figures to formulate new marketing and business development strategies
- Responsible for creating and nurturing distribution channels
- Maintain and enhance relationship with outbound channel partners and developers .
Deliverables :
- Achieve sales targets
- New Customer acquisition
- Create and guide channel sales team
- Maintain knowledge on all mortgage products and services and assist to resolve customer queries
- Develop new relationships with customers to increase revenue and accounts
Skills and Competencies :
- Ability to ensure client satisfaction and delight by rendering prompt services
- Ability to conceptualize and implement competent marketing strategies with a view to penetrate new accounts
- Ability to manage relationships with the existing clients and expand service renderings for them to a wider range of financial products/services
