Area Sales Manager - Mortgage (3-7 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-the-ground support and close new deals.
- Implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
- Will be responsible to source Home Loan, LAP and Margin Money Funding cases from open market, developer channels and connectors/DSA
- Look at affordable with a ticket size of 40 lakhs
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree.
- 3+ years in leadership sales position
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Excellent negotiation skills
